Black Country Impact supports 16 to 29-year olds living in the Black Country who are not in employment, education or training. It provides one-to-one help for people to take the next steps towards training or a job.

Councillor Patrick Harley, leader of the council, said:

"We are fully aware and sympathetic that for many people, the coronavirus crisis will have brought worries about their livelihoods and their futures.

"Throughout the pandemic Black Country Impact has developed a package of virtual online support, making it easier than ever to find out what training and employment opportunities are out there.

"Black Country Impact is uniquely placed to provide a wide range of services which includes individualised careers advice and courses to match aspirations, virtual counselling, and even help with travel and things like clothing for interviews.
