The Pensnett Estate

The Pensnett Estate, owned and managed by London & Cambridge Properties is one of the largest secure industrial estates in Europe. The Estate comprises of 180 acres, with more development planned in addition to the new Prime Point development and creation of the Gatehouse retail park on the estate.

Grazebrook Park
